After doing a lot of research and YouTube watching, I think I've settled on a x99 based build for my new pc. A little run through of what I'm using it for... I like to game and would be leaving the Xbox one behind, I was never upset with the graphics on xbox, but the frames bothered me alot... that being said I'd like to be able to pull 60-100 fps on most games with mild-high settings. More than gaming though this pc would be used on video editing and rendering and 3d modeling/game editing than gaming itself. I have a strict 1500-1600 dollar budget but would like to double ram and upgrade from my 1080 monitor in the near future. Now that all that info is out there here is my part list ... keep in mind that I am open to recommendations as I am pretty new at this. Also before anyone asks, yes I do plan on doing light overclocking more as a learning adventure than anything. Thanks in advance

I've read that in more than one place, but opted for the gigabyte solely on the dollar aspect, as I said I'm not going for insane overclocking specs just wanna learn how more so than anything. Aread you saying that those other boards are better for overclocking or that it is easier to do so on them?
