X99 Deluxe 3.1 error code 76

So today i just bought my parts for my new rig. Everything was fine until i started it up. I got error code 76, red light CPU_LED and the PC won't boot. I updated the bios and i tried removing all the parts etc.
Any advice?

this code means a part is not correctly installed or mobo problem.

Go through your system and take your ram and video card out and then reconnect everything. Just push on all of your cables, reset the cmos. If that doesn't work take out the processor and inspect your socket. If all that fails call the manufacture for further instructions.
