Xbox 360 controller no vibration after being connected to an android device

Hello!

So I just got a Xbox 360 wireless controller for windows
I set it up all good and it was working and all on my PC
it was rumbling normally
but after that i connected it to my android device via an otg cable
after i reconnected it to my laptop
it was working but no vibration at all
i changed the batteries
re installed the drivers
changed usb ports
but nothing is workin
i installed xpadder and when i rumble the controller on the screen it says it is rumbling but it ain't...

Help plz !
