Well, have to give it to Microsoft on this one, my Xbox has been just
awesome. Bought it around months after MS first released it and I've
been playing it ever since on a pretty regular basis with no problems or
issues with either the console, controllers, Xbox Live or anything! All
the games I've bought as well, have been great and I still play them all
from time to time, even the older ones.

And, at the time that I'm thinking I've got my money's worth and looking
for something better, Xbox 360 comes out.

So, hope Microsoft keeps up the quality control and commitment to gaming
and comes out with another winner!

You're one lucky guy if you bought one of the first XBox machines and
did not have to replace nothing. I had to put a new DVD drive into
mine, thanks to the great guys at MS picking out the cheapest ass drive
out there!

Mine broke about 2 months after the warrenty ran out. Needless to say
they didn't want to help me out at all, those bastards. Talk about
transactional marketing!

Shame on you MS.

I bought it around launch time too and only had to replace one of the
controlers for a sticky joystick

Going to pre-order a 360 as soon as it's avaliable. I own a HDTV so look
forword to the hi-def part

It was a pretty good success, especially when you consider it was
Microsoft's first entry into the console gaming market. I'm quite happy
with my Xbox and am pleased to have more gaming doors opened to me compared
to just having my PC.

I'm not going to buy Xbox 360 when it comes out, if at all. I may
re-consider in 2 to 3 years time, but I'm not usually known for having a
current console system.

If he "did not have to replace nothing" he must have had to replace
*something.*

I guess the jobless have to much time analyzing single phrases. 😉

I am aware of the double-negative in my phrase. Let's call it
intentional style for the sake of getting my point across. 😀
