Xbox microphone issues HELP

To recap. Your config seems to work properly when attached to your PC, but not the Xbox.

Yes, plug in where you plug in headphones (that are just little speakers).

I'm just thinking because the headset port is in the microphone is why it tweaks out I ordered a splitter and Xbox headset adapter because people said when they used the adapter it fixed some of the issues they had. It's going to take 2 days to get here no one had any for pick up

I am wondering more that since you have two mics (new one and ear buds) that the second one is picking up the sound you are hearing. Dumb speakers connected like dumb earphones could help rule that out.

I did try the speakers, but it didn't fix it still the same thing music was bleeding into the mic when muted

With the new mic removed altogether and only using the buds, what happens?

The microphone doesn't work when you are using the ear buds plugged directly into the controller, only the audio works

It never worked since the beginning apparently it's something to do with how Apple set up the wiring for the earbuds

The thing is when you are using the earbuds and you turn the mic monitoring up you hear a high-pitched like mosquito noise when I use them in the microphone I would turn the mic monitoring down it also wouldn't make that noise even if it's turned all the way up

The microphone has built in mic monitoring but I turn that off you can just click the knob to turn it off

Not sure what else to try except to wait for your splitter.

If you watch that video that guy got one to work but he's using a splitter I also bought the same splitter he got

I ended up buying some 1$ headphones with no mic and it still bleeds through my last hope is the splitter

I ended up getting my splitter it doesn't bleed through anymore but my mic voice is like low ?

So I ended up getting it to work I had to use my new splitter with my PC splitter on the mic part

Maybe I need a mic only splitter? I'm not sure at this point but it did fix the bleeding and I can hear my sound normally when I was just using the new splitter it's self it worked but my voice was super super low

Also wanted to say it disables my headphones port on the mic so I guess that's why it fixed the bleeding through
