xbox one adding hard drive

Hello i was wondering i got a 1tb seagate barracuda hard drive 7200 .12 i was wondering work with xbox one iknow it usb 3.0 not sure what thats the hard from desktop orginal idk if i should buy this and cords or adapters would be needed? The model#is st31000524as if that helps
