[SOLVED] Xbox One Controller is active in windows 10 settings window

I just noticed the left stick and directional pad is active in the settings and only in that window (A button acts like mouse click). is this something recently added or maybe it always worked like this?
Can anyone confirm that it's a normal behavior? I was thinking maybe I have a weird configuration applied to my controller

this has been there since win 10 was in beta!!

did not know it was still there, but i recall testing it before public release. not needed, but was still interesting to have in there

Thx a bunch for confirming I don't have some weird background driver causing problems and it's expected behaviour
I had an issue with a third party app that enabled the cursor movement with the left stick and after i got rid of it ran into this and thought its an artifact or something.
Works only in settings huh. rather peculiar

i thought it was rather odd myself and i don't remember it being anywhere else in the GUI either.

i don't pay much attention to win 10 anymore so things might have been added.
