Hi, I bought a new xbox one controller for use on Windows 7 64-bit - installed - everythings normal, but......not working in games - any game when connected through bluetooth. It does connect and is recognized by device manager. When checking properties in bluetooth - I can see that windows see it, and I can configure it. But as soon as I try to use it in the games - nothing.
I have dual boot with W10 - in 10 it works as should, so I assume - its Windows 7 issue.
Question is - can it be made to work? I have found driver online - used that one (xb1usb.11059.0.140526x64) - no result.
Updated xbox controller firmware through Win10 - no result.
Obviously restart and reinstalled countless times - no result.
FYI - for bluetooth I am using Asus BT400 dongle.
Any help and advice appreciated :)

This was one of the main reasons why I upgraded to Windows 10 to start with. Windows 7 was giving me a really hard time with my Xbox One controller as well. Windows 10 recognized my controller immediately and works very well in my games.
