xbox one controller working with ds4 on pc?

Can i use both the type of controller on pc at the same time? I am asking this because i want to get an xbox one controller too for collection. I have a ds4 and is currently using ds4windows( with a usb cable). I know i can go wireless but there is no need as i am quite near. And also, if it is possible, how does one connect the xbox one controller to pc. I am currently on windows 10. Also, if you own an xbox one controller, does it have any different features worth noting? What i really want to know is if both controller will work at the same time on pc?

Theoretically it should work, I have not tested it. Connecting an Xbox One controller to Windows 10 is easy, all you need is an usb cable and it will install the necessary driver. Or the wireless adapter for the wireless one.

Windows 10 has drivers for both PS3 and PS4 controllers built in, it should be able to recognize them as different inputs. The problem is getting the games to recognize non-xbox controllers on PC.

usually what people do is use software to make the PC think it's an xbox360 controller but it's actually a ps3/4 one.

Yeah. I use ds4windows to make my ps4 controller make my pc think it is a xbox controller
