no, the xbox one x is still underpowered. it has the equivalent of an RX 580 GPU and an older gen i3 CPU. this means that it can't do 4k/60FPS at the same time, but one or the other, just like the PS4 Pro. plus all of the shortcomings that come with console gaming. if you replace that GTX960 with a RX 580, youre already ahead of the one x by a decent margin. i mean, do you really want to be playing destiny 2 (and probably others) at 30fps when the pc gamers are playing at 60/144hz? havent played a new game at 30 fps since the xbox 360... plus, all of microsoft's games are coming to pc anyway
