[SOLVED] Xeon e3 1230 vs 1230 V2?

My intention is to upgrade a Dell Vostro 470 with an intel core i3-3220 (2C / 2T) to a Xeon 1230 (4C / 8T). I see good deals on the 1230 (V1) for $35, where-as the V2 goes for $55. I'm tempted to get the V1, since they are both LGA 1155, but I'm wondering if I'm missing anything here before I purchase.

From what I'm seeing the v2 has slightly higher clock speeds and is a bit faster.
