I'm going to upgrade my i5 650 to a xeon x3470 on sunday, i already ordered everything but i'm not 100% sure if it would be compatible. My bios version is 6.12, here is a CPUID image: http://gyazo.com/2aa1bd149b659dfc8da02b4629140a49. If it isn't compatible i could possibly return it, also it is a used cpu so it doesn't cost that much. Also i've seen some posts saying that it would be compatible on a hp motherboard since it supports similar technology to cpu. Thanks.
