I'm putting an HP Z620 workstation that I got about 10 days ago to its intended use - running 32 threads of integer calculations (no floating point, no graphics). It has two 8-core hyperthreaded Xeon E5-2680s, one on the motherboard, one on a riser. The one on the MB is running 88-89C and the one on the riser is running 81-81C. Is this too hot? Speccy thinks so, and my i7s doing the same thing run around 72C.

The fans all seem to be working and they aren't clogged with dust. If this is too hot, how can I keep them at the proper temperature?

PS - I hear the fans speed up a little bit when the Xeons get hot, but not by much. They aren't running anywhere near full blast.
