Xerox Phaser 3115 opinion

I seek opinion on the Xerox phaser 3115 laser printer, particularly on its
reliability, toner/drum cost, toner yield, text and graphic print quality. I
intent to use printer primarily for low volume printing for home/small
office. It looks very similar to a samsung printer, is there a an OEM
relationship here ?
