XFX 4890XT volt mod....?

I recently got my XT a few days ago and tried upping the voltage but I have had no luck. I tried GPUTOOL, Riva TUner, RBE, evga volt tuner and I can't seem to up the voltage...

Can anyone help?

Did a bit of searching, and it looks like XFX uses some non standard vregulation so vmoding,etc is out unless some one figures it out.
