xfx 550 80+ bronze compatible with gtx msi 970

I have an xfx 550 80+ bronze PSU and i have one 6 pin and one 6+2 pin... can i conect those into msi gtx 970 (needs 8 pin + 6 pin) ?

6 pin into 6
