Xfx 9800 gtx+ problem

i just ran a 3dmark test on this card recently. just built a new rig and this is the card i decided to go with because of the good reviews it has gotten. i ran 3dmark and got a very low score for the rig i built. I ran a graphics test only on it. and my results was an average of 18.53 FPS.. is that normal? i think its low. is there something wrong wit the card?

What resolution and setting did u test?
what is your PC config ?

ok I had the same problem, I upgraded my 2.2 GHz Core 2 duo to 3.00 Core 2 duo and changed the rams from 800 to 1333. Since then the normal fps is 60.
