XFX missing thermal pad?

I just got my replacement card because the first card was faulty with flickering screen. This time i saw that one of the rams doesnt have thermal pad on it, while there is a thermal pad sticked on the heatsink without any reason. I havent tried it yet though.Shall i try it? or RMA?

Ok i have solved it though, so if somebody have this issue just RMA it back.
