XFX R7870 ghz ed. Not performing well

So here are my specs...

So I was trying to play arma 2 Dayz MOD and when it runs... I get 20fps on low settings.....? When I play arma 2 by itself (Offline) I get 60fps. Now in dayz standalone I get 25-30 fps on normal!?!?!?!? WHY!?! I dont know why this is... My friend has a GTX 660 and he runs it at very high all settings on DayZ mod.

Yes I am new to PC and the PC gaming community and love it but this GPU issue is bugging me. My arma 2 at one point did have an issue where I could not change the Graphics settings and I think it may be happening again but this card should run arma 2 DAYZ maxed out. Please help!!

Try another game, it could just be Arma 2 having a problem. (That game has a LOT of problems ._. )

Sorry I have not logged into toms hardware for months. Well I educated myself in the matter and Yah aint that the truth. My problem was I was playing ARMA 2 xD
