Hello,

I'm having some issues with a rather new computer (bought in october 2014).

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K, socket LGA1150, 64bit, do 3.9 GHz, 88W, cache 6MB, BOX
Video Card: XFX R9 280X - 1000M DD Boost Edition - 3072 MB DDR5 R9-280X-TDFD
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 PRO4 Z97 LGA1150 (Z97 PRO4)
Power supply: Thermaltake Smart SE Modular 530W (SPS-530MPCBEU)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL Unbuffered NON-ECC 1.5V
Windows 8.1 x64

Issues:

1. Adobe flash crashes the browser(tested on Firefox and Chrome). It shuts down and restarts, a bluescreen shows up from time to time
2. The only game that causes problems is World of Warcraft. Other games like Tomb Raider or Shadow of Mordor run flawlessly.
3. Sometimes a red screen shows up and my PC restarts after 4-5 seconds.

What I've already tried:
1. I've updated video card's drivers
2. Reinstalled Windows 8.1 x64 and new drivers

I'd like to ask you to help me with resolving this problem.

the R9 280X has an elevated MAX TDP of 250W, requiring 600W minimun : http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page6986.htm
So you maybe pushing the limits here, causing PC to bring stability issues.
So upgrading your PSU to a 650W or 750W will be the solution. also try not to overclock that GPU cause 280X cards have some temp issues, for instance the ASUS DirectCUII and SAPPHIRE TOXIC has better cooling desing than XFX cards.
