I recently bought parts to build a computer, and of those, one was a Gigabyte Gaming 3 motherboard and another was an XFX Radeon R9 290X graphics card. However, ever since I built it, my computer has never even detected that there was a graphics card in the PCI-E slot on the motherboard. I installed the most up to date drivers from Radeon, I tried every single slot on the motherboard, and I even rma'd my card twice, but to no avail. The card turns on and I can see the fans spinning, but no output is produced when I plug the card into the monitor. I finally got Gigabyte to let me RMA the motherboard, but I want to do one last post to try to see if anyone has any ideas that I can try, because the last thing I want to do is completely disassemble my computer to remove my motherboard. I'm seriously open to anything at this point.

OMG.. junky sorry for wasting your time.. I'm an idiot... So I had the VGA cable plugged into monitor/cpu and it wouldnt find the card, just now tried to plug the DVI into monitor/card and its finding it... im new to this, so sorry for the rookie mistake... nevertheless thank you for the help!!! Installing the drivers as I'm typing this! finally!!
