Hello All,
I recently built a computer and am having issues getting multiple displays to work. I have two Acer V277U 27.0" 2560x1440 75 Hz Monitors and my GPU is the XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB Video Card. The displays are both hooked up to the GPU through the display port (DP) cords that it came with.
As soon as I got Windows 10 installed I attempted to detect the second monitor, but I get the message "Didn't detect another display." I have tried many of the recommended solutions to this problem, such as uninstalling and reinstalling the display adapter and display drivers. It is not a problem with the monitors, since I can get each of them to work as long as it is plugged into the first Display Port. I also tried hooking up one DP and one HDMI, but still the first DP is the only port that seems to be outputting a signal.
I am out of ideas and can't find a solution that works. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
Ben
