XFX RX480 4GB power draw issues

Hello.

I have bought a XFX RX480 4GB today and when tested in Unigine Heaven, MSI afterburner is reporting a max power draw of 110W. I have read some reviews now, and most of them are reporting 160-165W power draw when 100% load.

Also, on UserBenchmark.com, my RX480 is positioned at the bottom of the RX480's, doing better than just 3% of them.

On 3d Mark it's reporting around 10600 score instead of around 13000 needed as well.

I am wondering if my PSU a CoolerMaster B500 v2 500W is not coping with the card?

I have a 4790k oc to 4.5Ghz, 4x4GB DDR3, 240mm watercooling, 2 ssd +1 hdd in the system.

All the power supply calculators are telling me I need around 460W minimum, so I should be ok, don't you think?

I ask for some opinions guys: is my power supply too weak for my PC?

I would upgrade to a more reliable 550w , the B series are very poor.

I just ordered a Antec TruePower Classic 650W Gold.
It is on tier 2 list of psu.

Hope this will handle it.
