XFX vs HIS: Radeon 7850 2GB

Here is my problem I'm getting a new computer, fx-6300, and i need a graphics card, here are the links. NOTE: The xfx is the SINGLE fan, im only going to use 1 Dv-i port.

I heard XFX's "Ghost Thermal Technology" is one of the worst cooling solutions available. I heard it somewhere in a review but I couldn't find it. I would get the HIS, but if your going to do any overclocking, get a 7850 with 2 fans.

I only plan to overclock the FX-6300 to 4.0 GHz and the combo im buying comes with a cooler master
