I think you're going to get more personal opinion in response to your question vs objective facts, but here goes:

1. Any of the major companies sold through reputable retail channels should honor warranties (provided you read and follow the sometimes detailed instructions). So good.

2. XFX is known for outstanding warranties- double lifetime warranty in fact (in US). They either replace the product or replace it with something equal or better if it's not available any longer.

3. Depends on which card and who you ask. As always, I'd read objective (actual) reviews of a card that you're looking at in addition to consumer feedback from Amazon, Newegg, etc. My perception is that they make quality products.

Concerning XFX Rebate
the rebates for XFX are not handled by XFX they are handled by www.rebate-zone.com/XFX- Phone number 866-642-2275
they have 4 rules to get a rebate
1. Purchase qualifying product during Promotion time
2. Remove upc From Original Product Box " copies will not be accepted"
3.Complete all information on the rebate form.
4. Mail original upc barcode, copy of receipt invoice or packing list with Date Circled and sign and complete the offer form

mail to XFX Rebate Center. PO Box 15134, WhiteBear Lake Mn 55115-0134

I purchased 2 of the same graphic card ,sent in 2 rebates and receive 1 rebate back, i was told that you will only receive 1 rebate per year per address but its not worded on the rebate form that way its worded
Limit 1 rebate,per product,per address,except where prohibited by law.

that means if you buy two of the same product you will only get 1 rebate because you only have 1 address.

Also the warranty is now 2 years or may vary per product.
Hope this helps as i kept all of my original rebate paper work so the information should be correct.
