xiaomi mi notebook air 12'' get vertical line / dead pixel

i have issue in my mi notebook air. One month after i used i got black white vertical line on the screen and the next two months i got crack screen on its vertical line.
i try to claim guarantee but the seller said it was not guarantee because the vertical line not the dead pixel.
what i have to do about this problem? any suggestion

You broke your screen. Cracked screens are not covered by most warranties outside accidental damage warranties.
