Gergbattis , xfx power supply is made by seasonic and some of xigmatek power supplies is made by CWT .

Xigmatec doesn't make PSU's. They don't even design them. They slap a label on someone else's and sell em. They use several manufacturers, mostly HEC and Channel Well. I didn't see the exact model mentioned above, so I'm not sure who makes it. Really, in the end it makes no difference. You should be buying a Seasonic, Antec, or XFX PSU. Maybe EVGA if you're on a tight budget.
