Xilence m403 won't fit on CPU(am3+) helpppppp

Please HELP i bought CPU cooler m403 and i can't put it. I followed the instructions and putted clip but those 2 legs can't fit it seems like they are too small.

If it doesn't fit then send it back and get a refund then look for a different CPU cooler that fits / is compatible with your motherboard.
