XINPUT1_3.dll? is Either not designed to run on windows?

I Am Currently trying to run Assassin's Creed III Which I Bought Nearly 1 month ago.I Was Already managing an error known as isdone.dll.However,managed to fix it, But Now There Is A New Error
XINPUT1_3.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.I Was Having xp But After I Knew That It Is Only or windows 7 so i Installed Windows 7.Then This Error Is Comming.I Am Quite sure that It Is Because of my ram Not Meeting The Requirements of this game.

Well,I got the solution all I did is download the dll file in system32 and restart the pc.Now After logging in Again
I Deleted the dll and restart again.After That I Download Directx web installer and now no Errors were Found 😀
