[SOLVED] XL2411P Not connecting with displayport

I have a GTX 1050 2gb. I tried connecting the monitor with displayport cable but it's not working (HDMI is working).
It seems like it has to be pushed further because its loose on the gpu side (

Any ideas what is wrong?

What case is that? Some (cheap) cases with poor tooling end up securing the GPU but impeding the ability to access ports fully.

The DP does look like it's got some room to go - but looks like it should be able to in it's current config?

Failing that, unscrew the GPU from the rear IO, connect your DisplayPort and then screw the GPU back down.

It's definitely not in all the way. Those little square holes on the metal of the DP connector are for friction tabs on the inside of the port to engage with and hold the connector in place. They shouldn't be visible.

Push it in harder.
