[SOLVED] XMP and DRAM frequency

Hello, I'm quite new at this ( would say a total noob ) so please bare with me. My motherboard is msi b450 tomahawk ATX and for ram I got gskill trident Z DDR4 3200 MHz. So I opened BIOS and I found A-Xmp, read about it on Google and most suggest I enable it. Question is, there are 2 profiles, which one do I chose, or it doesn't matter? Then bellow XMP I see the dram frequency, right now it's set on auto, should I set it on DDR4 3200? Thank you guys in advance.

Use the XMP profile 2 for your RAM to be going at 3200mhz. leave the other option at auto. Only if the XMP profile does not work well that you will remove that auto and set the frequency manually. Normally the XMP profiles works fine.
