Question XMP/EXPO versus EXPO ?

Hello, I need to choose ram for a new AMD build. This is for Asus Proart x870 mb.
The compatible Expo rams kinda limit my options, whereas the XMP/Expo gives me more to choose.
So was wondering will there be any stability issues I should be concerned about with the XMP/Expo vs the Expo, especially given the former is more optimized for intel.

Any kit that has profiles for both should be perfectly fine. If you're looking at kits that are just XMP then I'd suggest sticking to the motherboard QVL. Many AMD boards are okay with XMP, but sometimes they do not work correctly.
