Once i enable it restarts the pc and no display showing but the pc is running for a while and then it restarts again with no display

do i need to enable xmp?
I don't know. Do you want to enable it?

Anyway - if automatic ram overclocking with XMP is failing,
you can try overclocking manually.

Please show screenshots from CPU-Z - memory and spd sections.

BTW - what ram slots have you installed ram modules in?
They should be placed in slots A2, B2 (2nd and 4th counting from cpu).

Did you clear the CMOS after you've verified that the BIOS was flashed tot he latest version? I would relieve some stress off the cooler's mount and see if enabling X.M.P is without a hiccup.
No I haven't done CMOS clear after bios update, can it be because of that?
Currently im at work, will check it after i get back home.

I just realised when i enable XMP from bios i went into more settings it was SET on XMP 1

not sure if there is a problem with setting on XMP1 but whenever i set on xmp1 it gives me blue screen
File: \windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Error Code: 0xc0000221 And pretty much after that just the pc running with no display so i have shut down and start again and go to bios

as for now i set manually and the only thing is what i changed was dram frequency as default set was 4800mhz i set to 5600mhz and everything else is on AUTO is this safe ?

Running ram in XMP frequencies also require increased DRAM voltage - probably 1.25V or 1.35V.
Default DDR5 voltage is 1.1V.
I asked you for screenshots from CPU-Z. Those would show required DRAM voltage levels.
