Xmp mobo required to run xmp feature in ram?

So in order to make use of the xmp profiles of the ram do i need a motherboard with the xmp feature? I want to know if http:// works with http:// when overclocking. I plan on using an i5 4690k. halp

Yes if im not wrong that motherboard supports XMP profile 1.2 and 1.3

You should be able to use XMP just fine.
