Question XMP not in BIOS/UEFI

I got 2x8 3200mhz ram for my computer and I looked in CPU-Z and it was only running at 2400mhz. It should be at 3200mhz. So I went to the BIOS/UEFI I looked everywhere for XMP. I don't know what to do know since my speed isn't at its advertised speed.

No. It's a dell pc.
Cpu = i3-8100
Graphics care = GTX 1070
Motherboard=Dell inc. 0DYHRY
Ram = 2x8 3200mhz but its at 2400

You're running an OEM system, bios options will be extremely limited. DDR4 2400 speeds is the best you'll get.
