page 30 of downloadable motherboard manual:
DRAM Timing Mode
Select whether DRAM timing is controlled by the SPD (Serial Presence Detect)
EE PROM on the DRAM module. Setting to [Auto] enables DRAM timings and
the following “Advance DRAM Configuration” sub-menu to be determined by
BIOS based on the configurations on the SPD. Selecting [Manual] allows users
to configure the DRAM timings and the following related “Advance DRAM
Configuration” sub-menu manually.
CAS Latency is the first number to set in DRAM Timings usually followed by three more numbers which are the next three Timing settings after CAS Latency.

• DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)
• Timing 9-10-9-28
• CAS Latency 9
• Voltage 1.5V
So, the DRAM Timings are the four numbers staring with CAS Latency.
The DRAM Frequency is DDR3 1866. The manual isn't particularly well written but it states:
Adjusted DRAM Frequency (MHz)
It shows the adjusted Memory frequency. Read-only
The other setting is DRAM Voltage. Standard default setting is 1.5v. Some memory uses higher voltage settings.
