I've had this pc for a while now only to realize that my ram was only running at 1333. After learning about xmp profiles I opened up bios and enabled it only to see that it barely did anything. What are some possible ways I can get this running correctly to its rated capacity.
This specific ram stick for some reason cant be found anywhere. So i went on ebay, found some, and bought a couple more sticks (2x8GB) yesterday, but just now noticed the ram's speed running incorrectly.

Its a cyberpower pc I bought from bestbuy because I was too lazy to build another one, on top of that it was the best way to get a 30 series rtx card without supporting scalpers.
I'm not good with over clocking things so please use layman terms and explain your abbreviations. Thank you in advance.

Mind sharing a link to the ram kit used? Also, what BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? What slots are you populating on your motherboard? The issue with speccy specs is that the make and model of the PSU is left out. As for the rams, yes they're where they're supposed to be running as my colleague above has pointed out, 1499x2=2998~3000MHz

As I stated you can't find it anywhere, at least I couldn't. There is one that is like this on amazon but has a lower voltage and different letters at the end of the serial. The second pair I found was on ebay. I didnt even realize that about speccy lol.

Thank you for the help, I didn't know it read like that. I thought each card was supposed to run at 3000.
