My PC randomly got a BSOD because of "thread stuck in device driver".

I built the PC last year and have had no issues so far, but now after the BSOD my PC wont boot unless i disable xmp profile. I'm unsure what caused this and I can't seem to fix it ?
Any help would be appreciated

could you list all the pc specs? also could you give a screenshot of thaiphoon burner read and zentimings read?

My specs are a i5 11600k z590 gaming x and two sticks of 8gb corsair vengance 3600 ram
i couldnt run zentiming as it only supports ryzen cpus but i have the other readings

try to update your mobo bios to the latest, and enable the xmp, then manually set dram voltage to 1.36v, CPU SA Voltage to 1.21, CPU IO Voltage/ VCCIO to 1.16v, then save aand exit. This Rev E could do 16-19-19-36 with 1.36v at 3600mhz.

as for timings, you could try to use asrock timing configurator, download it on Z590 OC Formula page.

Hi appreciate your response however even this doesn’t appear to work for me it still says boot failure with xmp on
I don't know if it at all helps but my cpu temps are also quite high under even the smallest loads when its idle it remains fine at around 30 degrees with the temp in the room around 20 degrees but when i start playing games like lol which shouldn't cause much of a spike the temp goes up to the high 50s low 60s even with the usage remaining under 20 percent this is with an aio that i've recently remounted to see if that was causing the temp spike
Once again i really appreciate the help you've given so far :)
