xp and sblaster 5.1 player live help

i cant install my sound blaster 5.1 on xp i need help i have tried drivers from the creative site the drivers simply do not load and it comes with error failed to install drivers data error !!!??
i have a assus A7V266-E kt266a chipset any ideas on how to solve this problem ????????????
