I cannot access serviecs in XP Home-SP2 . Either by typing services.msc or
from Administrative Tools, I get the error message:

"Your Current Security Settings Prohibit Running ActiveX Controls On this
Page. As A Result The Page May Not Display Correctly".

nothing happens just a blank page where the servies should be, I need to
disable sharing service.

try going to start > run > and type in msconfig.
