Hi, XPG Gaming GAMMIX S70 BLADE is boot drive with Win10, I dont have problem with boot and disk health is good. I didn't have any problems using it.
But when I try to clone it I got error: "Operation failed: The system has allocation errors due to cross-linked files. Run OS built-in tools for checking and correcting this kind of errors."

I already tried to clone with Paragon, Macrium and Hasleo, First two report error at the begining and Hasleo was copying for 3 hours and at the end report cloning failed.

I already tried chkdsk C: /f /r /x but didnt find any errors. After chkdsk finished still got the same error. Also sfc /scannow and DISM commands. In Sentinel Health 98% and CrystalDiskInfo report no problems.
How to solve this error? I dont have clone of my system disk so I am looking to fix it without making more problems.

Try full disk backup first, not direct clone.
