Question XPG Spectrix D60G not detected by XPG RGB Sync APP

I bought 32gb 3200Mhz(4x8gb)XPG Spectrix D60G and the RGB Sync App from XPG says there is no A Data memory on my system.

I am using an Aorus X570 Elite Wifi Motherboard with latest BIOS and my OS is Windows 10 Pro with the latest updates.

The RGB Fusion on the other hand detects the ram correctly and can control their RGB(with the provided effects but i want to switch each module to a different color which seems possible with the XPG App)

Also the motherboard detects the ram properly on the BIOS without a hassle.

Any advise on this matter would be helpful, thanks in advance and best regards

This happened with me too bro
I tried several ways without success, until I managed a way enter the motherboard BIOS and the memory options section will have 3 standard memory profiles, select profile per profile until it appears that the profile is 3000/3200 mhz, and after that just save the configuration and start windows that your memory will appear in the XPG program

I'm running into the same problem, but with the X570 Aorus Pro WiFi and 32Gb (16gb x 2) XPG Spectrix D60G @3200Mhz. The ram is being detected by the mobo and I'm able to control the RGB via RGBFusion2.0 but not with XPG RGB SYNC Beta (1.00.07).

I tried using XMP profile 1 and 2 (which sets the ram at 3200 and 3000 mhz respectively) but with no luck.

I had the same problem

I just fixed doing this:

Install xpg rgb syn and start PC with just 1 ram module installed once, it might start the program withouth error, select any effect, then turn off PC and install the second ram module

Those steps fixed it for me

At least on a b450 aorus elite here
