Question XPPen tablet fully connected but no signal on the display

I'm trying to connect my XPPen artist 12 2nd gen into my pc. Whilst all the shortcut buttons work, the pen works and the XPPen software picks it up but I have no monitor output. I've done a full driver wipe and reinstall and tried a load of tricks that popped up at the top of Google but nothing is working.

Nvm tested it on another device they gave us a shit cable
