[SOLVED] XPS17 Gsync/USB Dock (Thunderbolt 4)

I just purchased a Dell XPS17 i9-11900H RTX3060 6GB. I have a 1440p 144hz GSync Panel for my gaming PC, but it doesnt have an RTX card. I would like to try games using RayTracing through my 144hz monitor. Is this possible through the laptop? It has 4 thunderbolt 4 ports.

Also, any recommended docks for <50$ that have atleast 2 USB2.0, 1USB3.1 (or 3.0) and DisplayPort?
