this who thing is starting to stink. just like hillery not facing inditement for deleting 1000's of emails... the people at the top are abusing power under the guise of the patriot act and are acting like dictators rather than democratically elected officials.

where is the oversight, where is the accountability.

"The world is full of inquisitors and heretics, liars and those lied to, terrorists and the terrorized. There is still someone dying at Thermopylae, someone drinking a glass of hemlock, someone crossing the Rubicon, someone drawing up a proscription list."

"it's puzzling that the company isn't at least trying to answer as many questions as it can in a more direct manner."

Not really. Yahoo wants the sale to go smoothly. Anymore direct answers would probably violate whatever BS gag order they're under. Doing that would lead to the same type of fight that Apple went through. I'm sure that want to avoid that at the moment so that the sale goes through.

Here's hoping that after the sale is set that they are a lot more open.

"it's puzzling that the company isn't at least trying to answer as many questions as it can in a more direct manner."

Not really. With a deal in the works with Verizon I'm sure they want that to go as smoothly as possible. If they give more information they're probably violating whatever BS gag order they're under. Doing that would lead to the same type of fight that Apple had. I'm sure that would make lots of people happy and would causes problems getting the deal past these same government types and might get it rejected.

Here's hoping they open up on what's going on after the deal is done.

BTW, Thanks for still having a broken login system and losing comments Tom's.
