Question YELLOW DOTS ON MY MONITOR (MSI OPTIX MAG241C)

i bought a new monitor but i got problem yellow dots appears on my monitor in every dark color and its following the color, idk what to do should i bring back monitor to the seller or its just wrong settings

Try out the monitor on a donor system to rule out the GPU. Try a different cable to rule out the connection. Try uninstalling and reinstalling your current system's GPU drivers(with the latest version) to rule out a driver issue.

alrdy install my latest gpu driver but its gone for a while and now the dots coming back, is this because my gpu is nvidia and this monitor is free sync?
