Yellow Triangle over Wifi Connection

So, i have full bars on my connection, and the connection is excellent, but i cant connect to the internet. There is a yellow triangle over it and it says no internet access. In the network and sharing center it shows that it is trying to identify the router. Any help would be appreciated. I am running windows 7 ultimate 32-bit.
