Yo-safe password lost

I have my own acer pre-installed yo-safe. I kept changing the password because of my son and eventually I do not know if I have forgotten the pwd or it just cant be opened. Contacted egistec as everyone suggests but they say one thing----nothing they can do---- I do not want to leave jet fighters to go learn computing to open my files. Hope this forum has solutions,,, Prepared to pay for it.
