I have used c cleaner i have ran memtest up to pass 10% no errors ( will run longer )

any suggestions? gpu is up to date recently cleaned the system to see if that was the problem still the same.

I am baffled as to what it could be normally i have 50 webpages open autocad photoshop and indesign and was fine now i cant even get a webpage without taking longer than 5 minutes.

maybe i got the cabling wrong master socket con extension cable into cpu fan socket ? thats what instructions say

see here so the single one should go in the cpu 4 pin fan socket?

1. I have never seen a AIO pump contain a 6 wire kit for fans, so I am not sure what your looking at to be honest and all the details from Cooler Master 120 lite is 1 wire for AIO pump to be connected to CPU_FAN header

2 what make and model is your motherboard (seriously Biostar one year old isn't helpful information)

3. when I look at your image it seems your AIO Pump power wire is going to the power supply, and this confuses me.

the mobo only has 2 fan headers 1 for cpu 3 pin one 4 pin I have 5 fans in total on the case and 1 aio pump

okay....

regarding Fan Headers;

your motherboard has only 1 Fan header and 1 cpu fan header (show below)
Your AIO needs to be on the CPU_FAN1 header, which leaves you 2 Radiator fans, and 3 case fans for 1 header
this is not a good setup, you cannot simply split the signal the motherboard will not work normally.
you will need a fan controller added to handle your fans. I don't care what that diagram tells you.
Something like this (this particular model can control 6 fans: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811997113

Also, did you use thermal paste between cpu and heatsink ?

i am typing from the computer.

I think it was the old version of hw monitor that was the problem as it was on my external hard drive and loaded from that. not installed on the computer.
