"you have just unplugged an audio device..."

I have P8Z68-V pro. Every once in a while I get this annoying pop up "You have just unplugged an audio device from the audio jack" when I have done absolutely nothing, even while I'm AFK. My speakers and headsets are firmly plugged in and this just keeps happening at the most random time. Sometimes the sound cuts out little (becomes really quiet) untill I change my default playback device. Anyone has experience with this problem? How can I fix it?

I've had the same issue, searching for solutions. I don't have the second issue of it becoming suddenly quiet however, just the unplugged nonsense.
